To access the villa there is a path which is 163cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 180cm wide. The width of the path to the pool area is 320cm wide and can only be accessed via the lower ground floor. The pool area is tiled and flat. The pool itself has step access. The villa is over three floors. The king-size bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 74cm, whilst the ensuite has a door width of 68cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 80cm wide, and the shower room door is 63cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 101cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 180cm wide.
