You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 84cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 81cm wide. The path to the pool area is 87cm wide, where the terrace is relatively flat, but made up of crazy paving which can be bumpy in places. The pool requires ladder access. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 79cm, whilst the bathroom door is 68cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the ensuite door is 68cm wide.
