To access the villa there is a path which is 186cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 82cm wide. The path to the pool area is 155cm wide and is flat and tiled. There is a slight drop of 10cm to the right-hand side of the path around the pool, which is gravelled. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor double bedroom door is 74cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 65cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom door is 76cm wide, and the ensuite bathroom door is 69cm wide.
