To access the villa there is a path which is 168cm wide, there is a slight incline on the path, there are 5 steps leading to the front door, the front door is 97cm wide. The lounge door is 80cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 205cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 58cm wide, there are 3 steps up to the terrace area, the path to the pool is 260cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden is gravelled and uneven. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 65cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 83cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
