The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 84cm wide. There are 4 steps from the entrance to the lounge and kitchen/dining rooms, the living area is open plan, there are several steps down from the lounge area to the basement. The lounge door is 205cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 131cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 76cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide, there are several steps down from the pool area to a level where there are sun loungers. The outside grounds are flat and even, there are some areas of the garden grounds that are gravelled. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 83cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
