To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge door is 290cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 110cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 88cm wide, the path to the pool is 497cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden area is gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 67cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 74cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
