You can't get more central than Villa Coral Bee. Located an amazing 40m from the centre of the resort, this beautiful villa is a great choice for those who don't want to hire a car. The nearest deli is right next door to Villa Coral Bee, whilst an array of other eateries including sushi restaurants, bar and grills, cafe lounges and local tavernas are all a stone's throw away. Pop to the nearby supermarket and stock up on some delicious local produce, ready for a Cypriot feast of marinated kebabs and cool tzatziki dips back at the villa. For alfresco dining, Coral Bee boasts a tropical terrace with a brick-built BBQ, great for cooking outdoors. Spend your days lazing by the pool on one of the reclining sun loungers and take a dip in the 8x4m pool to cool off from the midday sun.

Inside, the villa is bright and airy, with whitewashed walls and cool floor tiles. There's also air conditioning throughout to keep you cool on those warm summer days. There's a cosy living room with a smart TV on the ground floor, ideal for movie nights in with the family. There's also a fully equipped kitchen too, complete with all the latest appliances and an indoor dining table. When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 375cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 79cm wide. The lounge door is 130cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 142cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 74cm wide, there are 2 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 440cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, the pool/terrace grounds are paved stoned and the gardens are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level, however there is a bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
