To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 79cm wide, the living area is open plan, there are 2 steps down from the lounge area to a guest WC. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 110cm wide, the path to the pool is 530cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat with crazy paving, the mature garden grounds are gravelled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
