To access the villa there is a path which is 190cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 70cm wide. There are 2 steps from the entrance to the kitchen/dining room and 2 more steps from the kitchen/dining room to the lounge, the living area is open plan, the lounge door is 116cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 96cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 168cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area and then from the pool area there is a step up to the hot tub and seating area, the path to the pool is 225cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 60cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. There are 15 steps leading to the first floor. The first floor bedroom doors are 85cm wide and the first floor bathroom door is 60cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
