Stepping inside, you're met with a light and airy atmosphere created by the sleek combination of marble and large windows. Entering onto the upper floor, you'll find the open plan kitchen and dining area fitted with high-quality features and an American style fridge freezer. The dining space leads off to the terrace and the large sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy your meal with a view.

Each bedroom has storage space and an ensuite shower room to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay.

Outside on the terrace, enjoy a home cooked meal or barbecue in the shade or get out on the sun loungers provided to enjoy that Cypriot sun.

Many local amenities are within reach at this property, a short drive away will lead you to the centre of Coral Bay where you can experience the marine life by snorkelling or boat tours which are much loved in the area. Alternatively, explore the local cuisine and shopping experience with plenty on offer.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to 7 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 205cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool area there is a door which is 94cm wide, the path to the pool is 457cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery and trees. The pool has steps. There are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading down to the lower floor level, on this level there are two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
