When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway. To access the villa there is a path which is 275cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front is 85cm wide. The lounge door is 88cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 115cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 85cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 93cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are tiled and paved stoned, the garden grounds are gravelled with shrubbery, the outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 74cm wide and the ground floor bedroom door is 66cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
