Located just 250m from the beach, Villa Korona is a great choice for those who love to catch the waves. With a coastline stretching over 8km, Latchi is an ideal choice for those who prefer a day at the beach. The sandy shore is dotted with beach bars, cafes and tavernas, serving up delicious homemade dishes, Mezze platters and local beers. Alternatively, the nearby town of Poli is well worth a visit with its small old town, medieval churches and local museum.
For days spent relaxing by the pool then make the most of the terrace back at Villa Korona. The refreshing pool is great for cooling off from the midday sun or splashing around with the kids. Pull up a sun lounger and catch a few rays as you top up your tan with a cocktail in hand. The pool is fenced off on either side, whilst a cosy seating area around the side of the villa boasts views of the treetops and the sea in the distance. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, whilst the upstairs boasts three modest bedrooms complete with cool air conditioning and balcony terraces.

Mobility Statement
This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 170cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 76cm wide. When entering the terrace via the patio doors, there are 2 steps. The remainder of the terrace is tiled and flat. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the twin bedroom has a door width of 80cm, and the shower room door is 63cm wide.
