The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the mature garden grounds are grassed. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
