You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

This three bedroom villa has been thoughtfully designed to ensure guests ultimate comfort including air conditioned rooms, stylish and comfortable furnishings inside and out alongside modern appliances.
Enter through the slick glass panel patio doors into the open plan living space decorated in stunning detail with a cool palette and complementary pieces. The modern fitted kitchen sits at the back of the room inviting you to make the most of the self catering experience, and the large dining table has enough room to fit everyone comfortably. Each of the bedrooms offer a bright and airy atmosphere with ample storage space and cool floors and from the upper floor balcony you can enjoy views of the surrounding area.
Outside on the terrace take a dip in the inviting pool and rinse off at the pool side shower. The sun loungers provided are an ideal place to soak up that sun whilst in the comfort of your own villa. Alternatively, head out and explore the surrounding beaches of Alyxe or Vreksi.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to 2 steps and a ramp to the front door, the front door is 83cm wide. The lounge door is 80cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 110cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 110cm wide, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, the pool/terrace grounds are tiled and partially wood decking, the garden borders are gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 68cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
