You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Periwinkle is a three bedroom/ three bathroom villa, in Paphos, has glorious sea views and a short walk from a choice of beaches. This modern two storey villa boasts it's own private pool with sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the gorgeous sunshine during the day. A fully equipped kitchen will ensure you can eat inside the air conditioned property or dine alfresco outside, if you would like to see what the local area has to offer then take a short walk down the stunning new broadwalk where you will find shops and restaurants to try.
Each bedroom on the first floor offers it's own ensuite and is fitted with with air conditioning for ultimate comfort, the bedroom on the ground floor has access to a shower room and is fitted with air conditioning.

To access the villa there is a path which is 117cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge and the kitchen/dining room doors are 86cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 93cm wide, the path to the pool is 120cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are mainly wooden decking, with some areas tiled and concreted, the outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 78cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 68cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
