You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 77cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 86cm wide, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 92cm wide, the path to the pool is 200cm wide, there are multiple steps from the pool area leading down to the gardens. The pool/terrace grounds are wooden decking, the mature garden grounds are gravelled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading down to the lower floor level, on this level there is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, there is also another lounge area and a utility room. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
