You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Located just a short stroll from the nearest coastal beach, Villa Andreas is ideal for those who want to catch the waves. A handful of local tavernas, ice cream shops and convenience stores are a little further along the coast, but still within walking distance, making Villa Andreas ideal for those who don't want to hire a car.

The terracotta poolside terrace is a great spot for lazy days by the pool, relaxing in style with a cocktail or two as the sun shines. There are multiple reclining sunloungers, and a cosy garden sofa for afternoon reading or a morning coffee. At night the terrace and garden light up with vintage-style mini lamp posts and an illuminated pool, a wonderful sight to see whilst you enjoy an evening meal cooked up on the brick-built BBQ.

Inside, the villa is split into two levels. The ground floor has a large kitchen, with mahogany cabinets and beige tiles. There's a cosy living room and a snug area with a smart TV, great for movie nights with the kids. A double bedroom with access to a separate shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs we find the remaining three bedrooms, all with ensuites and cool air conditioning. Two bedrooms share a balcony terrace sharing views across the tree tops and the Mediterranean Sea in the far distance.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 88cm wide. The lounge door is 230cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 236cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 84cm wide, there is a step down from the lounge door to the terrace area, the path to the pool is 250cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 67cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
