The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous, the road leading up to the property is extremely steep. To access the villa there is a path which is 78cm wide, leading to 8 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 121cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 83cm wide, there are 3 steps from the door to the pool area and 4 steps to the alfresco dining area, the path to the pool is 270cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are 2 sets of stairs from the living area, there are 3 steps up to the twin bedroom and 3 steps to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
