You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The area where the villa is a situated is extremely hilly and mountainous, the road leading up to the property is very steep. To access the villa there is a path which is 126cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 83cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 130cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 83cm wide, the path to the pool is 136cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are 3 steps leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
