The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. From the covered parking area there are 18 steps leading to the property. To access the villa there is a path which is 145cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 145cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 180cm wide, the path to the pool is 120cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and tiled however there are 5 steps leading to this area. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The ground floor bedroom doors are 79cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 73cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading down to the lower floor level.
