You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Nestled on 4000 m2 of private Mediterranean grounds dotted with olive trees and flat lawns, this stunning Côte d'Azur villa looks out towards the bay of Saint-Tropez and is just a five-minute walk to the nearest sandy beach.
The home is superbly decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with plenty of natural sunlight due to the large windows throughout. Four ensuite bedrooms are in the main house, each with king-size double beds and luxurious ensuite bath or shower rooms. Some also have sea views and doors leading onto a balcony or terrace. The impressive kitchen is equipped to a semi-professional standard, alongside a tapas-style dining area and living room featuring designer sofas and striking sculptures, a nod to the owner’s love of horses. Many of the communal rooms feature doors leading outside, allowing guests to easily live both indoors and outdoors. A separate guest house is available on request, with a further three bedrooms and two baths.
The large heated pool is a perfect spot to relax with family and friends on one of the comfortable sunloungers and the covered pool house keeps guests cool during the hot summer days. For a change of scenery, have a game of pétanque on the lawn or wander down to the sandy beach close by and enjoy the array of restaurants in the area. There is also a prestigious 18-hole golf course close by as well as tennis courts, whilst the lovely seaside town of Sainte-Maxime is just four kilometres away, halfway between Saint Tropez and Cannes.
