You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

With five bedrooms, it’s part of our large villa collection which is perfect if you’re planning a holiday for all the family, or celebrating a special occasion with friends.
The main residence combines modernity and Provencal charm, offering an open plan living/dining room, a family kitchen and two bedrooms with king size beds, dressing areas and ensuite bathrooms. Steps lead down through the gardens to the separate guest house located by the private heatable pool, comprising a living room, dining room and three bedrooms, all with king size beds, dressing areas and an ensuite bathroom. Next to the private pool is a stylish modern terrace with sunloungers and both covered and open areas for alfresco dining and outdoor living.
Villa Grace is part of an exceptional private estate with five other luxury villas set in ten hectares of park. Everything has been designed for families looking for serenity and authenticity and it truly is a very safe, idyllic setting. St Tropez village is just ten kilometres away with its pretty harbour, trendy restaurants, pavement cafes and boutiques. The famous beaches of Pampelonne are also nearby, so you can make the most of the unique setting between picturesque landscapes and historic villages.
