You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Andrea Overview
This exceptional 18th century Mas has been lovingly restored to the highest standards, accommodating parties of up to eight across the four bedrooms which are spread over two levels. It boasts a fabulous countryside location just outside Avignon and within walking distance of Pernes les Fontaines, a lively, picturesque market village with shops, bars, restaurants and more than 40 ancient fountains!
Encompassing three levels, it is exceptionally well decorated in pale, neutral colours with cool stone and terracotta floors and has a mix of antique furnishings and modern amenities. On the ground floor you will find a lovely country house-style kitchen with a wooden dining table, adjacent to a living room with a beamed ceiling, luxurious cream furniture and two sets of French doors leading to the walled garden. Additional dining facilities can be found in the large exterior barn with an area for barbecuing.
The large 11mx7m pool takes centre stage outside, surrounded by sunloungers and mature trees. The terrace is one of the best spots to admire the beautiful grounds whilst making the most of the warm weather. Whether you wish to dine alfresco, sunbathe, or simply explore your surroundings – a pretty cherry orchard is at the front of the house and numerous fountains dot the grounds – this tranquil property is ideal for a relaxing villa holiday in France.
