You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

This villa has a hillside location, the path leading to the villa is 120cm wide with 28 steps to the front door which measures 80cm wide, other access doors at the villa are also 80cm wide. The path to the pool is 120cm wide with 11 steps from the front door to the pool. The pool has ladder access only. Inside the villa, the kitchen and lounge are open plan, accessed by a door 80cm wide. To reach the first floor there are 17 steps, the twin bedroom has the widest access, 80cm.
