This villa has a hillside location, the path leading to the villa is 122cm wide with 26 steps to the front door which measures 81cm wide, other access doors at the villa are 90cm wide. The path to the pool is 210cm wide and access via the lounge patio doors. The pool has ladder access only. Inside the villa, the kitchen and lounge are open plan, accessed by a door 81cm wide. To reach the first floor there are 16 steps, the double bedroom has the widest access, 70cm.
