If the idea of a beautiful countryside retreat, with incredible panoramic views and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Corfu just a few minutes away appeals, then Villa Mediterranean View could be your perfect villa!

Just a short drive down a quiet country lane that leads from the main road that goes to Lefkimmi and Kavos in the far south of Corfu island, Villa Mediterranean View sits on a plateau above this beautiful coastline, offering 360 degree views encompassing the south western coastline, Lake Korission with a backdrop of the mountains.

The large, totally enclosed garden is the setting for the pool with a shallow children's section, an extensive terrace for sunbathing, with both shaded and full sun terraces, a double day bed and expansive lawn area, where children can play, including a brand new playground area. The access to the pool from the house includes a totally enclosed and shaded terrace with comfy seating so that little ones can be kept away from the pool but still be outside. Adjacent to this area you will also find a terrace with brick built barbecue grill and large table with dining chairs, again all new for 2023.

The entrance to the pool area is from the open plan living/ dining room where you can enjoy the incredible views through the huge glass windows on two sides and a sea facing balcony which is a perfect spot to see the sun set. The beautifully fitted modern kitchen is sleek and open to the living room. This floor also offers a shower room. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms and a further large family bathroom with corner bath. The entrance to the villa is on this level with a generous parking area right outside the main door.

Guests will be amazed at the vast outside areas for a villa for only 4 people, but the view will be the feature that leaves you spellbound!

The laid back area of Halikounas is just a short drive away with local tavernas and a couple of beach bars. There is a taverna within walking distance of the villa, but further afield you can find a great selection of shops and bars in Moriatika or head south to Lefkimmi, from here you'll have easy access by car to many traditional hillside villages and an endless choice of beaches.

To access the villa there are 4 steps leading to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining rooms have wide open passageways. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 90cm wide, there are multiple steps from the ground floor to the first floor to access the pool area. The grounds around the pool are flat. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The ground-floor bedroom doors are 89cm wide and the bathroom doors are 72cm wide, this is a bath-type bathroom. There are 20 steps leading to the first floor.
