You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

A four-bedroom villa close to Corfu’s western coastline, Villa Teo is a striking two-storey property comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Tucked away just off the coast, Villa Teo is a short drive from a range of local amenities, including traditional tavernas, cafes and local supermarkets.
A private swimming pool takes centre stage. Framed by sun loungers, here you can relax and unwind under the Greek sunshine. With a built-in barbeque and shaded outdoor terrace, you can dine al fresco for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From the balcony, enjoy elevated views of the Ionian and watch as the world goes by from a height.

To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide leading to 1 step to the front door, the front door is 86cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining rooms have wide open passageways. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 110cm wide. The grounds around the pool are grassed, however it is flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground-floor bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the ground-floor bathroom doors are 60cm wide, the bathroom is a shower/bath type. There are 12 steps leading to the first floor.
