You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

An open-plan, well equipped kitchen/dining area and a living space with a hand-carved marble fireplace. Villa Portokalia also features a stunning veranda terrace, equipped with outdoor dining table/chairs and a comfortable place to relax and unwind.
Villa Portokalia offers 3 ensuite bedrooms. Each equipped with ample storage and desk space, as well as its own balcony with seating area; a peaceful spot to admire the view.

This resort is mountainous and has steep hills throughout. The villa itself is located in the hills and is accessed by a windy road. The path leading to the villa is 159cm wide with 1 step to the front door which measures 66cm wide, other access doors at the villa are 120.5cm wide. To reach the pool from the villa the path is 119cm wide with 10 steps down. The pool itself also has step access and is surrounded by flat tiling. As you enter the front door there are 8 steps that lead down to the ground floor and 9 steps up to 1st floor. The kitchen/dining area is accessed by a door 66cm wide, as is the lounge area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, the bedroom with the widest access measures 66cm, and the widest bathroom access is 57cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
