Nestled among the treetops and olive groves, this villa overlooking the bay seems a world away from reality while only being a short distance from Kassiopi where you will find bars, restaurants, and sought-after amenities.

With four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms, this property conveniently accommodates up to eight guests. Inside, this villa is bright and spacious. The ground floor lounge, dining area, and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you may need during your self-catering stay from an American-style fridge freezer to satellite TV. Upstairs, a bathtub and walk-in wardrobe add an extra element of luxury.

The private infinity pool surrounded by a countryside location is framed by a patio terrace and landscaped gardens. Make the most of the incredible outdoor space by relaxing on a sun lounger, cooling off in the pool, or grilling up feast on the built-in barbeque in the outdoor dining area.

Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speaker ensure entertainment even after the sun has set.

This resort is mountainous and has steep hills throughout, the villa itself is also in an elevated position but has mostly flat grounds. The path leading to the villa is 250cm wide with 2 steps to the front door which measures 110cm wide, other access doors at the villa are 197cm wide. The path to the pool is 350cm wide with no steps and the pool has both Roman steps and ladder access. Inside, the kitchen is accessed by a door 85cm wide, and the lounge is accessed by a door 160cm wide. Bedroom 1 has the widest access on this level being 88cm, and its ensuite access is 73cm. To reach the first floor there are 19 steps, Bedroom 3 has the widest access on this level, measuring 88cm wide and the ensuite is accessed by a door 160cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Resort Description

Kassiopi, at the northern tip of the North East coast of Corfu is a busy harbour and a thriving resort. The attractive paved harbour is ringed by shops and restaurants (and a few bars) and the constant comings and goings in the harbour will give hours of entertainment once in your holiday “laid back” frame of mind!

A great choice for all ages, Kassiopi is particularly appreciated by families with young adults in their group as there is just enough in the way of nightlife to keep them happy but all very close to home and secure. For the entire family there is an excellent selection of restaurants catering for all tastes, some very pleasant bars and cafés and a really good selection of shops – Kassiopi boasts jewellery shops, lace and embroidered linen, ceramics as well as souvenir shops of the more traditional kind and even a couple of boutiques. Of course there are several supermarkets, a fishmonger, a couple of butchers and several bakers to cater for all your daily needs.

Kassiopi is also great for water based activities – hire a self-drive boat from the harbour and explore the coastline or take a captained boat trip further afield. On the north side of the harbour (around the peninsula topped by the ruins of the Roman fortress) is the main beach which also offers water sports but to either side of the harbour you will find a plethora of tiny bays and coves to swim and sunbathe.
