Villa Aliki boasts an enviable location within a few minutes’ walk of the harbour and sandy beach at Kassiopi, all of which can be reached via a sloping coastal pathway at the end of the villa’s garden. Accessed via the first floor, the villa is spread over three levels with an additional annex at the other side of the garden. Ideal for large families, there are five ensuite bedrooms available, four of which are in the main house and one in the annex. Thoughtfully designed to make the most of its privileged location, almost every room has a view, and naturally this makes the villa feel bright, airy and welcoming. The open plan living room on the ground floor leads directly out to the gardens and it is here that you are bound to spend most of your time. The gardens are enclosed, and feature a well maintained lawn, pretty borders of colourful shrubs, and of course a large, inviting swimming pool. A barbecue is provided and there are a choice of locations to dine alfresco, so you can choose a spot to enjoy some freshly cooked barbecue fare with the perfect backdrop. One of three villas positioned together on the headland to the southern side of Kassiopi harbour, this is a great choice for multiple families who wish to enjoy their holiday together whilst maintaining some personal space.

The surrounding area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there are 2 steps leading to the front door, the front door is 92cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room area is open plan. To access the pool area there is a door which is 92cm wide, the ground around the pool area is flat, however the only way to access the pool/terrace area is through the villa down multiple steps. The pool has steps with no handrail. The ground floor bedroom door is 100cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, the ground floor bathroom is a shower type. Kassiopi, at the northern tip of the North East coast of Corfu is a busy harbour and a thriving resort. The attractive paved harbour is ringed by shops and restaurants (and a few bars) and the constant comings and goings in the harbour will give hours of entertainment once in your holiday “laid back” frame of mind!

A great choice for all ages, Kassiopi is particularly appreciated by families with young adults in their group as there is just enough in the way of nightlife to keep them happy but all very close to home and secure. For the entire family there is an excellent selection of restaurants catering for all tastes, some very pleasant bars and cafés and a really good selection of shops – Kassiopi boasts jewellery shops, lace and embroidered linen, ceramics as well as souvenir shops of the more traditional kind and even a couple of boutiques. Of course there are several supermarkets, a fishmonger, a couple of butchers and several bakers to cater for all your daily needs.

Kassiopi is also great for water based activities – hire a self-drive boat from the harbour and explore the coastline or take a captained boat trip further afield. On the north side of the harbour (around the peninsula topped by the ruins of the Roman fortress) is the main beach which also offers water sports but to either side of the harbour you will find a plethora of tiny bays and coves to swim and sunbathe.
