Three separate buildings make up this five-bedroom property; a spacious two-bedroom villa, a sweet annexe with a further two bedrooms and an adjoining studio. Just enough privacy for friends or families travelling together and capable of accommodating up to eleven people. There are also five bathrooms and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. At night, the upper stone patio affords views of twinkling lights across the hillside and the glistening reflection of the moon against the waves. Cleverly lit, the villa transforms into an evening gem with a brightly lit turquoise pool and warm uplighters enhancing the stonework.

Kalami is a horseshoe bay, great for snorkelling and paddling the afternoon away. When you’re not on the beach, while the time away watching the little boats come in over a deliciously fresh Greek salad. Nearby Kouloura is a picture perfect fishing village, where locals moor their boats. Both right on your doorstep!

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide along with 7 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm which is the only door that leads to the outside area. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 90cm wide, the outside area is a mixture of lawn or stone paving which is flat. Spacious stone paved terraces surround the villa which are non slip and even as well as 5 stone steps that lead to the pool terrace below the villa. There are two small lawn areas in front of the main villa. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 79cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 75cm wide. The picture postcard tiny bay and harbour of Kouloura must be one of the most photographed spots in Corfu! Tucked away in the middle of the exquisite north east coast and just a breath away from Albania, the historic Venetian manor house which holds pride of place on the promontory and the pretty little fishing harbour capture the imagination.

Kouloura offers a small shingle beach backed and shaded by eucalyptus trees, a safe harbour for small boats and one very good taverna. From here a footpath leads round the coastline to the lovely pebbly beach of Kerasia.

The adjacent bay of Kalami is a mini resort with a glorious beach, watersports and boats to hire as well as a good selection of family restaurants and a few cafés and bars as well as a couple of minimarkets to serve your everyday needs. All in all this pretty village is an ideal spot for that perfect Greek island holiday you have been promising yourselves!
