Dramatically perched on a hillside sits Villa Seascape with the most amazing panoramic vista we’ve seen in Corfu! Uninterrupted views of clear blue skies and gentle waves ahead, this three-bedroom jewel is divine.

Designed with the spectacular view in mind, the villa is elevated on two levels, complete with balconies overlooking the sea. At the foot of the villa, a curved swimming pool sits within a natural stone deck, fringed by sun loungers. Tucked away in a shady spot is a traditional Greek BBQ and wooden table and chairs.

The patios have relaxing chairs and tables to maximise your time enjoying the view over a horseshoe bay, dotted with petite sailing boats. Sliding doors lead in to a lounge and elegant dining area. There is an open plan kitchen with a rustic, stone wall separating it from the open plan living space. The three air-conditioned bedrooms are capable of accommodating up to six adults.

In a superb location, it’s only a few minutes’ drive down to the pretty fishing harbour of Kouloura. With a delightful restaurant and a pretty beach, it’s the perfect place to meander the afternoon away. The beautiful bay at nearby Kalami offers a great selection of restaurants, mini markets and water sports. It is also worth a visit and is considered one of Corfus' prettiest beauty spots.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 83cm and other doors that access the pool area is the sliding doors followed by steps to the pool. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 82cm wide, 16 steps lead from lounge balcony to pool, The pool terrace is paved/non slip and even. There are 17 marble steps that lead from the open plan living/dining/kitchen area to the upper level where there are two bedrooms. Resort Description

The picture postcard tiny bay and harbour of Kouloura must be one of the most photographed spots in Corfu! Tucked away in the middle of the exquisite north east coast and just a breath away from Albania, the historic Venetian manor house which holds pride of place on the promontory and the pretty little fishing harbour capture the imagination.

Kouloura offers a small shingle beach backed and shaded by eucalyptus trees, a safe harbour for small boats and one very good taverna. From here a footpath leads round the coastline to the lovely pebbly beach of Kerasia.

The adjacent bay of Kalami is a mini resort with a glorious beach, watersports and boats to hire as well as a good selection of family restaurants and a few cafés and bars as well as a couple of minimarkets to serve your everyday needs. All in all this pretty village is an ideal spot for that perfect Greek island holiday you have been promising yourselves!
