You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 105cm wide. The path to the poolside is 90cm wide. Outside, there are 1 - 4 steps leading to the pool area, depending on which route you choose. There is a patch of grass before the poolside with stepping stones. Inside, there are no bedrooms/bathrooms on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 90cm wide.
