To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 11 steps. There is a slight incline from the road to the villa parking area. The front door has a width of 94cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 94cm wide. The outside pool area is relatively flat with a mixture of stone and paving. You can access the pool via the parking area and 5 steps, alternatively, there are 5 steps from the main house to the pool area. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 50cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 74cm wide, whilst the door leading into the lounge is 94cm wide.
