To access the villa there is a path that is 100cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 95cm wide, and there is also a ramp that leads to the front door. The lounge and kitchen/dining area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 100cm wide, and the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and tiled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
