Villa Marina Ai Helis sits proudly on the cliff top above the glorious golden sand bay of Ai Helis, with breathtaking views across the Ionian Sea to Zakynthos with the tiny islet of Dias centre stage. The beach is accessible down a long flight of steps and just a short walk from the villa you'll find several tavernas and a minimarket within easy walking distance, making Villa Marina Ai Helis a wonderful base for your summer holiday.

The beautiful lawned garden surrounds the large glistening pool and pool terrace, with a generous shaded area where you'll find al fresco dining for 10 and a built-in bbq for your enjoyment. The property is fully enclosed and accessed from a quiet lane which leads down to the beach.

The interior of the house is divided into two sides, with a unified ground floor area which houses the main living room with patio doors leading out to the sea-facing garden, and a state-of-the-art brand new fully fitted kitchen. Stone steps lead up to two bedrooms on each side whilst the fifth bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor near the kitchen.

The gated basement houses the utility area containing washing machines and a pool table.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to the front door which is 90cm wide. The lounge door and kitchen/dining room door are both 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The perimeter of the pool is grassed, however from the terrace to the pool it is paved. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors and the ground floor bathroom doors are 70cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 14 steps leading to the first floor. The first floor bedroom door is 75cm wide and the first floor bathroom door is 70cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. Resort Description

Ai Helis is a sleepy coastal area just south of the traditional village of Svoronata in Leivathos and only around 15 minutes drive from the capital town, Argostoli. Ai Helis offers a glorious deep bay of golden sand and shallow crystal clear water gazing out at the tiny islet of Zeus and backed by cliffs. Along the cliff edge are some very exclusive Greek summer homes and holiday villas.

The beach offers a small snack bar in high summer as well as sunbeds and parasols for rent and it is popular for beach volley games in the late afternoon. Just inland are a smattering of tavernas, restaurants and a couple of mini markets to choose from all within a few minutes easy stroll along country lanes whilst the larger supermarkets are just a short drive away. Apart from Argostoli itself there are also a few places of interest within 10 minutes drive of Ai Helis – including the Castle of St. George and St. Andreas Monastery which are both well worth a visit. For a change of scenery, the stunning beaches of Avithos, Megalipetra and Ammes are close by to name just a few.
