Villa Regaliki is sure to become a favourite with smaller families and couples. Set in its own totally enclosed and secluded large garden this super house offers sea views from the balcony and looks over vineyards and open fields towards Ai Helis Beach. A few minutes easy stroll inland brings you to several tavernas, a bar and a minimarket and the lovely sandy bay of Ai Helis in the other direction (the access to Ai Helis beach is down around 80 steps) but otherwise the area around Villa Regaliki is flat and easy walking and the closest restaurant is just over 100 metres from the villa.

The large pool is set into lawns and the grounds are well kept and offer a safe area for children to play and adults to relax. The accommodation is all on the raised ground floor and is split level. Attractive contemporary design and excellent facilities are on offer in this very well maintained villa. An ideal base for your holiday in the southern part of Kefalonia with many glorious sandy beaches to choose from and Argostoli (the capital) only a 15 minutes’ drive away.

To access the villa there is a path which is 4m wide along with 10 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 90cm and other doors that access the pool area are 3m wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 1m wide, the grounds are flat but there is step access to outside from all doors and the pool has roman steps to enter. Inside there are 3 steps to living area. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 90cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the shower room. Resort Description

Ai Helis is a sleepy coastal area just south of the traditional village of Svoronata in Leivathos and only around 15 minutes drive from the capital town, Argostoli. Ai Helis offers a glorious deep bay of golden sand and shallow crystal clear water gazing out at the tiny islet of Zeus and backed by cliffs. Along the cliff edge are some very exclusive Greek summer homes and holiday villas.

The beach offers a small snack bar in high summer as well as sunbeds and parasols for rent and it is popular for beach volley games in the late afternoon. Just inland are a smattering of tavernas, restaurants and a couple of mini markets to choose from all within a few minutes easy stroll along country lanes whilst the larger supermarkets are just a short drive away. Apart from Argostoli itself there are also a few places of interest within 10 minutes drive of Ai Helis – including the Castle of St. George and St. Andreas Monastery which are both well worth a visit. For a change of scenery, the stunning beaches of Avithos, Megalipetra and Ammes are close by to name just a few.
