Villa Persephone is an idyllic place to unwind and soak up the sun, designed with outdoor living in mind. Step outside and you will find your own private pool lined with plush sun loungers, a covered terrace offers shade to convenient alfresco dining facilities.
Inside, a bright, open-plan living space offers plenty of room, uniquely furnished with a mixture of contemporary and traditional styles, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
For guests comfort, air conditioning is provided throughout the villa, and all three bedrooms offer ensuite facilities.
Villa Persephone is located within walking distance of a few shops and restaurants, 2.5km away from the beach, and just 4km from the larger resort of Fiscardo.

Mobility Statement
From the parking area, there are 20 steps to the front entrance, but none from the villa to the pool terrace. A bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, but most internal doors are standard width. The nearest amenities are located in a resort that can be reached by car. Resort Description
Fiscardo, an utterly idyllic harbour village located in the north of the island simply oozes charm and is particularly popular with discerning travellers seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday in a picture postcard setting.
The neighbouring hamlets and villages (Vassiliki, Maganos and Antipata to name but a few) surrounding Fiscardo offer fabulous views of the magical and Mythical Ithaca, literally a hop, skip & jump away, and along with the numerous idyllic little coves scattered around this region, one can easily understand why this magnetic destination attracts a ridiculously high number of repeat guests each year. The exquisite seaside village of Assos can also be found nearby, yet another of the Erissos peninsulas charming and iconic gems. Its jumble of tiny houses with their colourful bougainvillea clad façades, are a photographers dream and there are spectacular views from its elevated Venetian castle, well worth the scenic 45 minute stroll!
As for Fiscardo itself, Pastel painted harbour front cottages with their traditional brightly coloured shutters reveal picture-postcard views of the harbour and Ithaca beyond. This really is an amazing place to indulge in a spot of people watching, as the harbour front café’s and restaurants are regularly filled with celebrities who frequently hop over on their little tender boats from their vast and insanely expensive yachts and motor cruisers.
