You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, there are no steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 90cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even with a lawn. The pool has steps. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor level, the bedroom door is 90cm wide and the bathroom door is 75cm wide, it is a separate bathroom.
