You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa De Famelia is a newly built, modern villa, beautifully decorated, matching the harmonious Ionian Sea. Idyllic getaway to accommodate friends and families.

Decorated in shades of grey with small touches reminiscent of the endless blue of Kefalonia.

Inside is open plan, with a comfortable lounge area, leading to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which overlook Zakynthos for fabulous views.

There are three spacious bedrooms are on one level, creating a comfortable and relaxing space for your holiday, Minimal decoration and large patio doors allow for ample sunlight and access to the terrace and the infinity pool for you to enjoy the breath-taking view of the endless Kefalonian blue and enchanting sunsets. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and there is also a shared shower room. All bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned to allow a comfortable night’s sleep during the summer.

Trapezaki beach isn't too far away and houses a few tavernas and mini-markets. If you are hiring a car, there is a Lidl approx. 9km away to get all essentials, and you can also venture off to explore other areas of the island.

Just over 30 minutes’ drive from the Airport, Trapezaki is a quiet area located on a steep olive clad hillside in the shade of Mount Aenos. Half way between the Town of Argostoli and the resort of Skala, the busier resort of Lourdas is close by which offers a larger choice of facilities and a long sandy beach.

Trapezaki is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. There is a scattering of small mini markets and a few tavernas on the hillside near to the villas and a peaceful bay with a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters ideal for swimming, backed by a good beachside restaurant. You can find some beautiful unspoilt areas within Trapazaki Bay and the views from the villas are second to none offering the most incredible panoramic views over the Ionian Sea.
