The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to 20 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide, there is also a lift to access the front door from the main drive area. The lounge door is 97cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 96cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 270cm wide. The outside grounds are spacious and level. The pool has steps. The bedroom doors are 77cm wide and the bathroom door is 110cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
