Overlooking the shimmering Ionian sea, Villa Pisti is the perfect choice for outdoor living. Bordered by an array of lush Mediterranean plants and trees, the garden offers a choice of sun-soaked patios and shaded hideaways, ideal for families to find the perfect place to recline on a sunlounger and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside; that is when you can resist a dip in the superb infinity pool!

Inside, the villa is a contemporary space, with sumptuous furnishings and all the mod cons you would expect, including air conditioning and WiFi throughout. Each of the bedrooms has a balcony and the convenience of its own ensuite bathroom.

A 45 minute stroll will take you to the traditional fishing harbour of Sivota, where you can enjoy a fabulous meal on the waterfront or simply while away sunny afternoons as the harbour comes alive with approaching yachts.

*Please be aware that children must be supervised at all times around the infinity pool and terraces (low walls) and on the upper bedroom balcony.*

We have included some photos of the jetty below this villa, which you can access via a few steps just down the road from the villa. A path with some steps below your villa leads to a private sunbathing area just above the sea (for the use only of your villa and the Solmar Villas clients staying in Villas Agapi and Elpida) for rock bathing.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide, leading to 16 steps to the front door, the front door is 76cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 76cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 138cm wide. There are two steps leading to the terrace area, the outside grounds are uneven. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 15 steps leading to the first floor level. The bedroom and bathroom doors are 80cm wide. Simply stunning.
