You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

This beautiful villa, located just a short walk from the blue flag beach of Afandou, is the perfect choice for families and groups of friends with up to 9 members looking for a relaxing holiday. This modernly decorated villa offers a private swimming pool, built barbecue and wide furnished verandas.
The interior of the villa comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and one of which has an ensuite. All on one level, the villa also features a light and airy living room, fully equipped kitchen as well as modern bathrooms.
The exterior of the villa is centered around the inviting private pool which is surrounded by lawn and numerous places to sit back and relax in the Grecian sunshine.
If you ever feel like leaving your private oasis then you will find the centre of Afandou villa a short walk away with it's selection of supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, bakeries, ATMs, pharmacies and commercial shops.

One of the largest villages of Rhodes, Afandou is located on the east coast and not far from the resorts of Faliraki and Rhodes Town. A lovely square can be discovered in the heart of the village, a wide selection of shops, bars, café and traditional Taverna restaurants. A popular resort and only 1km to the Blue Flag beach along the crystal clear waters of the Aegean, which can be accessed by a mini-train in the peak months. A must see is the beautiful Church of Our Lady Katholiki and the only golf course on the island, Afandou Golf is also located close to the village.
