You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 81cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 81cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden grounds are grassed, the terrain surrounding the villa is uneven with dirt tracks. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 82cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 66cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level. The first floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 67cm wide.
