You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This stunning modern villa is a must for those looking for beautiful spacious accommodation and considerable comfort on their holidays. The villa is arranged over 3 floors offering 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and boasts elegance and sophistication.
The entrance is onto the upper floor, into the stylish entrance hall you are greeted by contemporary design, primarily white and grey tones with ethnic touches that project a welcoming atmosphere. The stylish living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a satellite tv and dining table that create a serene place for people to enjoy and relax. A fully equipped kitchen is located on a mezzanine level just over the living room with all the appliances and amenities that you will need to prepare your meals. On this mezzanine level there is also a further room with a double sofa bed.
The Master bedroom, located on the ground floor, is stylish and equipped with a king sized bed and direct access to the pool terrace. Two further bedrooms, a double and a twin bedded room, are located on another mezzanine level. The pool level also offers a fully equipped kitchen and a living room that the guests can use with direct access to the pool area; very handy for popping in for cold drinks and a snack!
The villa is equally impressive on the outside, surrounded by generous terraces with a 7m x 3.5m swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds and a barbecue. Articiano's many terraces and balconies are fully furnished so create ideal spots for relaxing with a book and a drink. Overall this villa offers many choices for gathering together for outdoor meals and drinks .
The villa is conveniently located on a hillside in the outskirts of Faliraki area, only a short drive from the centre. And less than 15 minutes’ walk from the villa visitors can find plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants (some hillside walking).
Faliraki beach is within 1km of the property and it is fully organised with sunbeds and parasols for hire as well as water sports and activities.
