You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

The villa has an unsurpassed outdoor area, with a 12 x 6m infinity pool with whirlpool. There is also a large covered terrace with dining facilities, comfortable lounges and a fully equipped BBQ area, ideal for spending the hot summer days as well as the beautiful evenings, under the starry sky. With an amazing view to the endless blue sea meeting the horizon, Nada Beachfront villa will provide the excellent setting for your summer holidays.
The modern interior is primarily white with earthy tones and colourful touches, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Entering the main door you walk into an open plan living room and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, a large flat screen smart TV, opening to a large furnished veranda with an excellent seaview. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an ample dining area. On the ground floor there is a fully air conditioned bedroom with a double bed featuring an en-suite shower room There is also an additional bathroom on this floor. Upstairs there are 2 fully air conditioned bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed with an adjoining single bedroom (access to which is ONLY through the double bedroom). Both double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.
This modern villa also offers a range of amenities such as smart controls for lights and window shutters, Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property, satellite channels and a DVD player.
The resort of Kolymbia offers excellent sea front tavernas, cafeterias, supermarkets, souvenir shops as well as exciting nightlife venues. Resort Description
Found at the end of Eucalyptus Road (built by the Italians), Kolymbia is a peaceful resort and is home to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island.
It is a small natural bay located in the eastern coast of the island and offers plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and a selection of water sports. In the village centre you will find an opulent variety of souvenir shops, local tavern’s and bars. There are some hidden gems to be discovered in Kolymbia such as a headland walk which offers unobstructed views across the bay. Kolymbia is one of the best locations of the island to explore both Rhodes Town and Lindos.
