You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

This four-bedroom haven is a fine choice for family holidays as well as larger groups thanks to neighbouring Villas Seasand and Seashell, which are of equal quality and high standards.
A cosy, modern colour scheme and décor make this a very admirable home-from-home, with an abundance of natural light and amenities providing maximum comfort. An upper-floor terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy evening cocktails as you watch the sun set over the shimmering blue sea in the distance.
Villa Seawater’s large private pool takes pride of place in the centre of a spacious terrace. You’ll also find a covered alfresco dining area outside too, meaning you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor living in a truly serene setting!
Just a few metres away is the long, sandy beach at Lachania featuring calm turquoise waters; whilst the nearby resort of Gennadi is home to shops and restaurants for those wanting to explore the local Greek culture.
