A beautiful modern villa completed in the Summer of 2018 – combining a top location within just a couple of minutes walk to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach at Lardos, but still secluded on the edge of the village backed by pine woods and totally enclosed for privacy.

As soon as you open the electric gates to enter “Summer Light” you realise that this is a special villa. Set in a large private garden, the villa is the realisation of a dream for a local family which includes two architects! The gorgeous, shady barbecue with its own dining area and a very generous garden with plenty of room for children to play with extensive terraces. The main pool, with a shallow pool water feature gently overflowing into it - is just the ideal spot to sit with the children or just enjoy a cool drink and ponder!

A fabulous covered terrace off the living room is home to super comfortable sofas and chairs giving you a perfect view over the garden and pool, as well as the second dining area for alfresco meals.

Inside the house is all modern, bright and light. One massive open space is home to the living room with big comfy seating, and an ultra modern kitchen with breakfast island (all mod cons of course). A guest cloakroom with WC is conveniently provided on this floor, as well as one of the large double bedrooms, which leads directly out to the garden. The upper level is home to three further bedrooms (one single) and an over sized terrace where you can enjoy some quiet time gazing out over the garden and across the pine woods to the sea.

To access the villa there is a path which is over 1m wide along with 2 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 97cm and other doors that access the pool area are 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are flat but there are 3 steps. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 75cm wide.
