You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The villa is located in a hilly area, with a steep hill leading down to the entrance. The path to the entrance door is flat and 100cm wide, with 12 steps. The entrance door is 80cm wide, while all other access doors are 90cm wide. The first floor is reached via 15 steps. All bedroom and bathroom doors on the first floor are 77cm wide. The outdoor area is on one level but features uneven stone paving. The swimming pool is accessed via a ladder.

Resort Description
This is probably the most favoured area for villa holidays on Zakynthos offering stunning scenery, glorious beaches and just enough shops and restaurants to keep you occupied whilst being a relatively short drive from Zakynthos Town and the airport.
Vasilikos is the area on the north east coast of the island looking over to the Greek mainland and runs from just south of Argassi, a popular resort south of Zakynthos Town to the tip of the peninsula. Vasilikos boats beautiful pine woods, rolling olive groves and several lovely coastal areas such as Aghios Nikoloas, Porto Roma and Xerokastello where you can find a few shops and restaurants and lovely bays to sunbathe and swim. The famous Banana Beach is a large expanse of sand popular with the locals and much frequented by Italian visitors in August.
