Situated on the north east coast of Zakynthos looking across the blue azure to Kefalonia the tiny traditional area of Xigia is really just a picturesque beach and a few local season facilities.

Relaxation is the name of the game here. The views are absolutely stunning and the port of Aghios Nicholaos is just a 10 minute drive to the north, which leads to the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach, so an ideal base if you are interested in exploring these areas. The nearest main tourist resort is Alykes. You will find peaceful family run tavernas in this area specialising in local cuisine and fabulous fresh fish and seafood.

The overall stay at the villa was amazing! The onsuit bathroom was tiny when we arrived the width of a person. The photos can be deceiving as it looked massive on the ad. The villa is 40 minutes drive from everything, pool was cleaned daily. Cleaners came in every other day. Hidden fee for people under 25 which was sprung upon us. Still waiting to hear back about having my deposit back. Called solmar 5 times about this and had no response until I tried the holiday line. Still waiting to see if I can have it back 🙄

Fantastic villa, location was excellent for relaxing, just far enough from the resort but not too far that you felt isolated. Waking up to such amazing views each morning was incredible, we stayed as a couple and the villa was more than comfortable, the bathroom in the ensuite was a little narrow but we didn't use it so not an issue. The pool was cleaned every morning by David who was very knowledgeable and informative and asked us every day if all was well with the villa, cleaners came in every two days to tidy and change the beds and towels. The villa was stocked with everything we needed for a much needed holiday, the bottle of wine and water on arrival were very welcome. Overall we were incredibly satisfied.

Lovely villa with wonderful views. Entry on web site should say car ESSENTIAL.. Directions useless not helped by there being 2 orient villas locally. Dave the handyman was great, nothing was too much trouble. We really missed a visitor book. They can be a great source of information regarding places to eat, places to visit, the best shops etc

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a 100cm wide path and 3 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm. The door to the terrace is 100cm wide, there are then 9 steps down from the raised terrace to the pool terrace. The terrace is uneven due to being located on a mountainside. There is a ladder into the pool. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is open plan. All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are 15 steps to the first floor, the widest bedroom door is 76cm wide, and the door to the bathroom is 76cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
